A Look at All of The Lavish Homes Denzel Washington Lived In

The views from that Malibu mansion are drop dead gorgeous!

With acting legend Denzel Washington discussing potentially going into retirement, we’re thinking about what he did with all the dough he got over the years.

Real estate-wise, Washington’s purchases were *chefs kiss*. He swiftly elevated from a Central Park apartment (which is still impressive) to a multi-bedroom mansion on an estate. He and his wife Pauletta resided in palaces across the country, though mainly settling in Los Angeles or New York City.

And trust us, he wasn’t buying anything under a couple million dollars and there was always access to a pool. If you’re nosey and into celebrity homes, keep scrolling to get a taste of Washington’s style in homes, courtesy of Architectural Digest:

The home, built back in 1940, features beautiful Colonial-style architecture in and out of its four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The home also features massive picture windows, vintage molding and fireplaces in the bedrooms as well as the living rooms, per The LA Times. Washington put this baby up for sale at $1.9 million in 2000 and it was bought at $4.4 million.
