We’re now learning more details about the 27-year-old Arizona man who killed himself after he appeared to be without pants while driving up to a cafe where workers wear bikinis. Not only did the man have a family and a wife, but he left a suicide note before taking his own life.

On Tuesday, in a police report obtained by TMZ, it was discovered that Nautica Malone, the man in the video, left a note for his wife, Victoria Elisan, before committing suicide.
The note read, “I apologize. I love you queen. I made a mistake and I don’t think I’ll be able to face you and the babies. I don’t know why I drove through like that. My mental has been f***ed up. I am not a monster. I apologize and I love you forever if I am in critical condition please pull the plug.”
The note added, “To all my family and friends I love you and I’m so sorry. I love my kids and family. Please forgive me.”
Malone’s brother, whose name has not been revealed, told police that he was the last person to speak to Nautica, according to TMZ.
During a phone conversation, he recalls Malone asking him to “pull up.” After speaking on the phone, his concern only grew for his brother so he decided to find out where he was.
What he found was Malone’s dead body in the same car that was seen in the viral video. He died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Over the weekend, several people met outside of the coffee shop where Malone exposed himself to hold a vigil. A poster for the gathering read, “Nautica Malone was a kind-hearted individual and a beloved fellow gooner, whose memory will be celebrated and never forgotten.”
The event was also live-streamed and eventually shut down by local police.
