When I woke up, I couldnβt move my bottom at all. Like, just moving my feet was hurting the bottom of my stomach. I couldnβt move. I felt like paralyzed.β
After taking an ambulance to a hospital, it was there that the βW.A.P.β singer discovered she had torn a ligament in her pelvis near where her babyβs head was at and it caused her early contractions paralysis in her lower region for two days.
βI dilated and I was having contractions for every two minutes for a whole 24 hours. So they had to monitor me and I was in a lot of pain. I couldnβt move for two days straight,β she said. Cardi is doing better now thankfully.
As previously reported by The Root, this marks her third pregnancy. The news came as somewhat of a surprise to her fans as she previously announced her impending divorce from her husband and ex-Migos rapper Offset the day before.
