First Citizens' business banker is responsible for listening to, and implementing, goals of small-business clients, offering non-credit banking solutions, such as loans.
Ideal candidates need to have a bachelo'’s degree as well as a minimum of four years' experience in retail, business or commercial lending. Strong business development and analytical skills are also a plus.
