Cincinnati-based Strive, Inc., is currently looking for a director of innovation and knowledge management to help the company meet its goals of ensuring the success of children "from cradle to career." The director of innovation and knowledge will be responsible for developing strategies for making Strive's efforts possible, becoming a national leader and figurehead for Strive's initiative. The director will also be responsible for managing Strive's progress and serving as the liaison between Strive and its network members.

All candidates are required to have a bachelor's degree, although a master's degree is preferred. Three to five years of experience in social work, education or nonprofits is also preferred.
