Flying the friendly skies seems quite passĂ© nowadays. From crying passengers being dragged off planes to others not being able to pee when they have to, it was only a matter of time before those friendly skies turned into the fight club. And on April 21, thatâs exactly what happened on a Delta Airlines flight between two passengers and a pilot.
In a 30-second video released by TMZ, two women got into an altercation at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. What began simply as clothes throwing ended up with the women, who knew each other, brawling on the ground. And thatâs when a pilot tried to intervene.

The pilot grabbed one of the women, punched her and walked away. According to Delta, that pilot was suspended after they viewed the video, but after an investigation, the company concluded that the pilot was attempting to de-escalate an altercation.
Iâm not sure what their definition of âde-escalationâ is, but hitting someone and walking away doesnât seem like it fits the bill.
