August Wilson’s Fences, the story about a fallen baseball player-turned-garbageman, has been a labor of love for Denzel Washington for quite some time, and it’s finally coming to the big screen.
Paramount Pictures announced Thursday that Washington will direct and star in the movie version of the hit Broadway play; Viola Davis will co-star.
