Could GloRilla be going from rapper to rapper and mom soon? Well...she has some interesting ideas about this...
The “Hollon” star recently discussed her views on motherhood and whether or not she’ll have a child in the future in an all new interview with Charlamagne tha God for his “Out of Context” podcast.

Leading into the convo by referencing a song off her recently released debut studio album “Glorious,” Charlamagne asked GloRilla to clarify whether or not the accusation of men trying to trap her by getting her pregnant was true. After she confirmed it was (and jokingly implied that she’d get rid of the child if she did get trapped) that’s when the conversation took a hilariously honest turn.
“On the record [“Procedure” feat. Latto] you said you’d get your tubes tied. You don’t really mean that?” Charlamagne questioned.
“Yeah. But like, I do want to have kids but not my own kids. I want to do the surrogate. I want somebody else to have my baby. I want them to have my DNA but I don’t want to have it,” Big Glo said.
The “How I Look” rapper then went on to clarify that she doesn’t have the desire to physically have a child as she doesn’t want to deal with the restrictions and limitations that come with being pregnant for nine months.
“I just don’t want to actually have a baby. All my friends got kids and they can’t do — they’re restricted a lot when they’re pregnant. And I’m like ‘naw, I don’t wanna go through that,” she said.
If her stance comes as a surprise, let us be the first to tell you that it shouldn’t. GloRilla is only in her mid-twenties for one thing, and she’s been advocating for girls and women to exercise their, erm, options when it comes to having children with the men in their lives through her songs like “Wanna Be” and “Procedure.” Seeing her choose an alternative really seems par for the course.
