As the legal fallout from the federal raid of Sean âDiddyâ Combs Los Angeles and Miami homes and the alleged mistreatment of his son Christian âKingâ Combs by authorities during the ordeal (Christian and his brother were searched and handcuffed but not arrested during the raid) continues to play out in the court system and in the court of public opinionâthe son and father were just named in a new suit this week
We told you earlier this week that King was name-dropped in the sexual assault lawsuit lobbed against his father by his former producer Rodney âLil Rodâ Jones for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman. Now, in a new lawsuit made public on Friday from Grace OâMarcaighâa steward on the yacht Diddy frequently used to host guests and partiesâ alleges that King sexually assaulted her in back in late 2022. OâMarcaigh stopped short of accusing Diddy of wrongdoing, heâs named as a co-defendant in this suit for allegedly âaiding and abetting.â

Deadline has more:
âThe make-up of the yacht quickly evolved from just DEFENDANT S. COMBS and his family to include a constant rotation of suspected sex workers and other A-List celebrities such as French Montana and actor Cuba Gooding, Jr,â the complaint states, with the âextremely unpleasantâ Oscar winner making another appearance in another Combs lawsuit. âDEFENDANT S. COMBS turned what was sold as a wholesome family excursion into a hedonistic environment. According to PLAINTIFF, it resulted in an unexpected increase in workload for her and her colleagues as well as unwanted exposure to unlawful drug use, sex work, and general chaos…
…Christian Combs is said to have followed OâMarcaigh out of the recording studio down the hall, where he attempted to force the steward âto perform oral copulation on himâ before another crew member walked in.
The next day, a bruised OâMarcaigh says she was âberatedâ by the captain of the boat for what happened. She was also ordered to continue to work around the Combs, and, with the captain supposedly getting âa generous tipâ from the elder Combs, OâMarcaigh says she was fired from what had been her dream job a few months afterwards.
Per official court documents, OâMarcaigh is alleging seven total complaints against the two: assault, battery, sexual assault, premises liability, aiding and abetting, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Sheâs seeking a jury trial and is being represented by Tyrone Blackburnâthe same lawyer representing the aforementioned Lil Rod in his separate case.
In response to OâMarcaighâs suit, Diddyâs lawyer Aaron Dyer criticized OâMarcaighâs attorney in a statement to Deadline:
âThis is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn â just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts weâve come to expect from Blackburn.
This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a âpattern of behaviorâ in âimproperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,â and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York. We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.â
