(The Root) — Hot 97 DJ Mister Cee is in hot water again. He was arrested after allegedly soliciting a male prostitute who happened to be an undercover cop early Friday morning in an area of New York City known for prostitution.

This is not Mister Cee's first arrest for this offense; he was arrested for soliciting a male prostitute at least twice before, once in October 2010 and again in March 2011. Mister Cee pleaded guilty in both cases.
The popular DJ took to the airwaves this morning to discuss the arrest and his sexuality in an interview with his boss, program director Ebro Darden. The interview began with Mister Cee saying proclaiming his heterosexuality, saying "I am not gay." Mister Cee went on to claim that he was approached by a female officer, not a male, as has been reported. He attributed his record of arrests for soliciting male prostitutes to "dumb luck" and not his sexuality or personal preferences.
