The new documentary The Black Power Mixtape 1967-1975 details the life and legacy of the black power movement, including never-before-seen interviews with black power champions Angela Davis and Stokely Carmichael. Filmed in the late 1960s and 1970s, the assorted footage was found in a basement by Goran Olsson and combined with thoughtful commentary by musicians and actors, including Erykah Badu and Harry Belafonte.
