President Barack Obama’s poll numbers in various measures of leadership have taken a dip, showing the disgruntled state of the American people resulting form the troubles with Obamacare.
Only 4 out of 10 Americans think the president can manage the government effectively, a new CNN/ORC International survey shows. This is a 7-percentage-point decrease from June.

About 46 percent of Americans still think the president is a strong and decisive leader, but this number is down 4 percentage points from September. In addition, 46 percent find the president honest and trustworthy—but that figure is down 5 percentage points.
Despite these numbers, the majority of those polled—70 percent—still find Obama likable, and 6 in 10 Americans think he has a vision for the country’s future.
The CNN/ORC International survey was conducted Nov. 18-20 among 843 Americans. The margin of error was plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
