Pop singer Rita Ora sued her management company, Roc Nation, back in December, claiming that the company morphed into a sports-management company and thereby developed priorities beyond nurturing its music artists.

According to TMZ, Roc Nationβan entity spearheaded by Jay Zβis returning the gesture in kind. Itβs suing Oraβthe report doesnβt say specifically for how muchβbecause it claims that she was obligated to release five albums and sheβs released only one.Β
The companyβs lawsuit indicated that it had shelled out more than $2 million to promote Oraβs second album, which never came out, and that it wants that money back.
But according to TMZ, Howard King, Oraβs attorney, says that Jay Z agreed to release Ora from her contractβwhich has TMZΒ reporting that it thinksΒ Roc Nation will likely rescind its lawsuit.Β
