Walk Into Wakanda: Clarks Originals and Marvel Team Up to Give Us Black Panther Kicks

Black-on-black-on-black-on-black: It’s the color scheme of the most anticipated film of the year, and now there’s a new shoe to match. Marvel has teamed up with legacy shoe brand Clarks to create a new Clarks Originals shoe inspired by Black Panther, complete with a heel badge of the superhero’s insignia.

The all black, full-grain leather Black Panther Trigenic Evo is “inspired by the king of Wakanda.” But Dora Milaje-worthy warrior women can cop theirs, too, since the limited edition release comes in both men’s and women’s sizes.

The color name is appropriately “Black Interest,” and fans of both the English shoemaker and the feature film will be pleased to know that come Feb. 16, they can take their planned premiere looks head to toe.
