(The Root) — Folks on Twitter had a strong reaction to the testimony of Jonathan Good, a man claiming to have seen the fight between George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin on that fateful night. Good testified today that it was Trayvon who was on top of Zimmerman before the shot was fired. He also claimed that Trayvon was punching Zimmerman "MMA style."

This conflicts with prior testimony given by Selma Mora, who claimed that Zimmerman was on top of Trayvon during the confrontation.

People watching and live-tweeting the trial aren't sold on Good's story; many asked why there was no blood on Zimmerman's clothes if he had, in fact, been on the bottom. Others point out that if Trayvon was on top, all it means is that he had gotten the better of Zimmerman in the course of defending himself.

So what if Zimmerman initiated contact but Trayvon was stronger and ended up on top of him. That's still bot self defense
